Hello everyone, my name is Courtney and I’m excited to share with you a plan with me for this week in my bullet journal! I am joining the Mommy Lhey team as a guest blogger this month and can’t wait to show you my spread for the current week using some of my favorite Mommy Lhey Designs stamp sets.
Here is a look at my full week. I am planning in a Leuchtturm1917 in an “A5” size format. I adore Mommy Lhey stamps because they are hand drawn by Lhey and her doodles are just so cute and give my planner a more unique feel. The stamp sets I used this week were:
- Brush my Alpha
- Doodled Chores
- Yes I Can!
- Good Vibes
- Big Brush Dates
- My Doodled Day
- My Doodled Food
- My Daily Kawaii V2
- Your Beary Best
- Spotty Alpha
- Stamp Set included in the January Little Bits
First, I outlined my days of the week, adding an additional box to even out the pages and to also give me additional note space. I then stamped out the dates using the numbers in the Brush My Alpha set in a cool grey. I added the month at the top of the page using the Big Brush Dates set and outlined both the daily boxes and monthly stamp with a grey mid liner to add some depth.
After I had my weekly set up and dates stamped out, I chose a few stamps for use on various days to coordinate with a given event or task (the computer from the Yes I Can! set for work related tasks, the cupcake with bow from My Doodled Food for a reminder to pick up cupcakes for my sons birthday party at school the following day, etc.) and colored them with prisma colored pencils.
Next I chose a few of Lhey’s doodled girls (my favorites!!) and stamped them on Xpress it cardstock and colored with Copic markers. After cutting the girls out, I simply added some spray adhesive to the back and added to my spread (I used the Good Vibes girls for Monday and Thursday and an adorable girl from the Your Beary Best stamp set on Sunday). After adding all my stamps I went back through and added in my daily “to-do’s”, lists, reminders and events.
I hope you enjoyed seeing my set up this week in my bullet journal! I can’t wait to share many more projects in the near future!
See you soon <3
