Hello friends! It’s Roda (@rodascraps in IG). I am so honored to be part of Lhey’s designed team. Her positive outlook in life and constant reminder how beautiful life is makes me love her even more every day!
Anyways, since Christmas is fast approaching, few hours to be exact. Yay! I would like to share with you today how to make a super quick and easy gift card holder and envelope. I will be using the Bloom in Christmas Digital Kit.
For the first design:
I resize roses stripes design paper into 2.5” x 4” and the redbow design into 2.5” x 2”.
I then put glue both sides along the edges and the bottom except the top side since this will be an insert for the gift card. Picture below showing the blue line has glue (its upside down).
Then adhere the redbow paper in the bottom part of the roses stripe paper. Then I paste it into the base black cardstock measure 2 5/8” x 4 1/8”.
I used wood roses paper for the banner and computer generated sentiment for embellishment. And Voila! You are done!
For the second design:
I resize Wood roses paper into 2.5” x 4” and cut it in half. I also cut 2 5/8” x 4 1/8” black cardstock for the base.
Using double sided tape, I placed the top part of the design paper directly to the base. Then glued both sides and the bottom same direction as above. Leaving top part unglue.
Embellished and done!
For the last design:
I will be making an envelope gift card using We R Memory Keeper envelope punch board.
I resize Burlap Rose paper into 5 3/4” x 5 3/4”. The inside card size will be measuring 3” x 3 1/4”.
I then score the paper following the guideline of the punch board.
Fold the score line.
Then I decorated the back of the envelope using some elements from the Digital Kit.
And here you have it!
I hope you enjoyed this post! Till next time!
