Today, you will get to know our 2nd blogger for MommyLhey Design Team a little better. Meet Cammy.
- How you would like to be announced: If you’d like your name or a nickname or a username
- Brief 411 of YOU! Share a short background of who you are, what you do, etc….
I studied Biomedical Science in university, and I’m currently a student teacher – I’ll be a full-time primary school teacher come 2018 🙂 I am a huge lover of coffee, dogs, traveling, shopping, food and of course crafting and planning! You can find me cooped up in my room crafting in my free time while binge watching Netflix. I’m a huge hoarder of pretty stationery and scrapbook supplies. I usually go nuts while shopping for craft stuff, and I admire them for a good amount of time (hehe) before I can bear to use them. I’m addicted to washi tape, pretty pens, 12×12 scrapbook paper, gorgeous planners, cute paperclips, stickers and doiley paper! I’ve recently started stamping, so I guess I can declare myself a stamp addict too lol! 😛
- Do you have any Social Media Links?
- What is your strength when it comes to creativity/crafting?
I love to stretch/maximize a kit to create as many things/projects as possible. 🙂 I also enjoy mixing and matching supplies from my stash to complement each other to create something beautiful 🙂

- What other craft do you enjoy doing aside from planning?
I love making a variety of things – cards for friends and loved ones, scrapbook/project life layouts occasionally, DIY embellishments, happy mail and mini albums!
- What is your favorite ML Product and what are you excited most to use?
My favourite ML Product is definitely the Little Bits Box! 🙂 It contains all of my favourite ML goodies – such as her cute stamps, gorgeous pens, washi tape, planner charm, paperclip, stickers and papers with Lhey’s exclusive and beautiful designs.
- What is your favorite crafting/planning tool/supplies?
Washi tape, pretty scrapbook paper, stickers, doiley paper and ephemera!
And a really sharp pair of scissors 😉

Now, let’s take a look at Cammy’s first blog. Enjoy!
Hello loves! It’s Cammy here, and I’m here to share a Happy Planner spread on my first blog post. I’ve recently moved back into my Happy Planner, and can I just say that I am obsessed with the disc-bound system, and the amount of space I have to write and decorate on. I hope this post inspires you to use MommyLhey’s products on your Happy Planners and Erin Condren life planners. I used the stickers, printables and washi tape from March’s Little Bit Box, and a couple of stamp sets which I’ll list down below. Let’s get started! 🙂
Firstly, I printed the March Digital Sticker Sheet onto sticker paper. You can do this on regular copy paper too, and stick them down using glue tape. I used a pair of scissors to cut the stickers out. I also printed the Mermaid Digital Stamp onto regular copy paper, and fussy cut it. I’m also using the beautiful pink scale washi tape, as well as three sheets of stickers from the kit.
I really love all the printables that come in the Little Bits boxes. They really help to stretch the kit, allowing us to create a myriad of projects and planner spreads! I also LOVE that the box comes with 8 sheets of stickers every month – I can create at least 3 full planner spreads with them! Talk about value for money 😉
Next comes the fun part! Sticking and stamping – my favourite thing to do apart from actually writing the plans down lol! I usually like to alternate the full boxes and checklists, such that the adjacent boxes will never look homogenous. This is just a personal preference; feel free to put them side-by-side if that makes you happy! ☺ For each day (column), I have 1 full box, 1 decorative box (usually stamps/stickers) and a to-do list / checklist. I first place the full boxes down, and then I stamp my checklists and headers using the Focus stamp set. The “today” headers are from Bold & Chic. You can also use the headers from the sticker sheet!
Then, I used the headers and checklist stickers (printable) for my sidebar. I also stamped in the “decorative boxes” sections using the stamp set that came with the kit. Another favourite of mine is the Think Positive stamp set, I love adding inspirational and motivational quotes in my planner – it’s a great way to decorate and motivate me at the same time! I use this stamp set in almost all of my planner spreads.
Finally, I added decorative stickers, washi tape and stamps once I’m done with the functional parts. I also coloured the mermaid digital stamp using color pencils, and stuck her down using glue tape. I still had plenty of leftover stickers on those 3 sheets! Stamping really makes a difference 🙂
Here is my completed spread! I’m so happy with how it turned out. I hope you’ve enjoyed reading my post. Don’t forget to subscribe to the Little Bits Box! There’s so much you can do with it ☺ See you soon! <3
