If you’ve been following my blog posts, you’ll know that I recently setup my Standard Sized Pink-a-Dot TN and have been absolutely loving it for my day to day activities! Since I’ll be on the go for the upcoming weeks, I decided I’d try out my pocket sized Back to Basic TN instead!
I decided to use the goodies from July’s Little Bits Box as the general theme/color scheme. Using the incredible cardstock, I took my paper cutter and measured out a piece to fit perfectly over my TN insert.
I decided that I would add my own DIY scalloped pocket on the inside of my insert! For this material, I used some of the packaging material from a past Mommylhey Little Bits Box and cut this piece out to fit in the corner of my page. As you can see this gorgeous floral backdrop made for the perfect scalloped pocket!
If you are a subscriber of the LIttle Bits Box, you’ll totally understand my obsession for the monthly die cuts! July’s box was FULL of adorable die cuts adding the perfect embellishments for today’s setup!
I removed one of my favorite sentiments and glued this onto the cover my insert.
In addition to the die cuts, July’s box included bookmark inserts as well! I love stacking these on the side pockets of my TNs as they are both functional and CUTE!! Don’t forget to checkout this Planner Girl paperclip!!!
And here are some photos demonstrating how I plan to use my DIY scalloped pocket! <3 it!!
And there you have it! My Back to Basic pocket sized TN is ready to go with me on my adventures! If you were inspired by this blog post, be sure to tag me on IG [@beautybystarlet] so that I can checkout your setups as well!
