(Pen Pictured: Pink-A-Colada Sparkling)
Hey planner peeps, it’s Ce Ce here and I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Today, I’m sharing my daily spread using gorgeous pieces from Mommy Lhey’s Little Bits. The LB box theme for November is “See you in Paris”. And this box has me wishing I was planning to go to Paris! I love the colors in this kit so much. The pink is everything!
For my personal planner I was able to find some inserts that were undated and ready to go. To number the days I used Brush My Alpha stamps and the Peonie Pink ink pigment, these are my favorite stamps because they are so bold and clean (I wish I had gotten them sooner). After stamping the days I like to start thinking out how I want to use the washi. My planning style is purely functional with pretty, so when I add washi I make sure that it doesn’t take up any valuable writing space that I might need for this week.
I also like to add sticker boxes (I call them pop-ups boxes) with a heading so that I know that some of the dos cannot be forgotten. I usually consider these parts of my daily spread before anything else. Since my tasks for each week differ, I only add the checklists to the days that I know sure will have long to dos. In this spread, I use the hearts checklist and the Hexagon list from the Patterned My Hexa stamp set. For the header over the hexa stamps I used the to do from Your Beary Best stamp set with Escape ink pigment. And since other days will just be events or appointments, I write those in as they come.
On this half of the spread I use the same techniques, but I add a few more important weekly pop-ups like the rectangle box (Outside the Box stamp set and Palm Tree ink pigment) and #instalove (Social Babe stamp set) to note any details about my IG page for the week. And the little cutie at the bottom is there to remind me to read the inspirational quote of the week. My planner spreads are not complete without them!
And since the pages are a bit smaller in a personal planner, I always find that I need additional space to write notes that come up within the week, so I made a mini dashboard using ML November LB patterned paper and added a few sticky notes. The dashboard and sticky notes can be moved to the next week whenever needed.
I hope you really enjoyed. it was so much fun to create! Until next time, Happy Holidays!
