Hello Lovely ladies! It’s Chuchai here. New month ahead and few more days till Christmas. For my blog post for today I just want to share my excitement on the new ML pigment inkpads which was released by Lhey last month. I’m a huge fan of ML inkpads I got her first four sets (Cotton Candy, Coastal Breeze, Jelly Bean and Serenity
) because of the fine pigmented colors, it dries up fast and it’s a huge ink pad.
Now she released another four sets the Paradise Set, “Bey” Set, Diva Set and Bliss Set. Sooo LOVE the new colors and I made some swatches for reference. I normally make ink swatches so I can easily check the colors and avoid buying the same inks. To make my swatches I used the ink block stamp from the Mommy Lhey Planner Girl stamp set. I will show you closely two of my favorite sets from the recent released which are the Paradise and Diva sets.
I love the Paradise set because as you can see the colors are soo bright and happy to look at. Next is the Diva set, I’m sooo excited when I saw this set because finally a Black (Queen of the Night) and Gold (Golden) shade of ML ink plus a Red (It’s Red!) shade are included on this set.
The other two sets are the “BEY” set which are combination of somehow royal blue shade (Ripped Jeans), apple green shade (Appletini) and a baby pink (Milk Shake). The Bliss set is very relaxing shades a light green (Escape), peach shade (Enlightened) and gray shade (Mist).
You will definitely love this new sets of ML inkpads. It’s worth it to purchase and try. Another thing you’ll love about is you can also use it for embossing.
I’d love to share as well my current week spread using the October released ML stamps and of course on how I used some of the inkpads. There are 5 sets (Santa Baby, Sweater Weather, Beary Bear, Doodled Porcupine and Doodled Sweater) included on the October ML stamps which are perfect for the Holidays. You can use it to make your gift tags and gift cards for this Christmas.
For my current spread border design I used the Doodled Porcupine stamp set and the Beary Bear. The Queen of the Night “Black” inkpad of ML is sooo fine. Love love it! By the way, the inks don’t bleed through I’ve tried on several brands of inserts.
Here is my week before the pen spread. Bare with my coloring skills still have to practice it haha. For the add on accents I also used some stickers from the October Little Bits and the label stamps from Mommy Lhey as well.
